FALCONS 2010 REGISTRATION

When: Monday, May 3rd from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m

Where: Greenfields Pub & Eatery located at 900 Greenbank Rd.

Directions: Can be found at the following Mapquest Link

What to bring:

  • Your OSA photo card (If you do not have an OSA photo card, you'll have to register with us first).
  • Proof of age for oldtimers
  • Your checkbook or cash (cheques to be made out to Ottawa Falcons Soccer Club)
  • Your current contact co-ordinates (address, email address, phone, cellphone)

IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be processed without all of this information. If we can't process your registration, you can't play.

REGISTRATION NOTES: Can't make it to registration night? Contact the Club Treasurer (Paul Johanis) to make arrangements pjohanis@rogers.com

Fees for 2010:

  • 1 team $225
  • 2 teams $295(Oldtimers or W30+ plus one other team)
  • Social membership $45 (non-playing members only) (NB: discount does not apply to social membership)

FALCONS PAT O'KANE CUP UPDATE

Due to unforeseen circumstances the annual Pat O'Kane Cup (traditionally held in May) has been postponed until the end of the 2010 season.

Check back in June for an update.
