Falcons 2010 Registration

 

When: Monday, May 3rd from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m

Where: Greenfields Pub & Eatery located at 900 Greenbank Rd.

What to bring:

• Your OSA photo card (If you do not have an OSA photo card, you'll have to register with us first).

• Proof of age for oldtimers

• Your checkbook or cash

• Your current contact co-ordinates (address, email address, phone, cellphone)

IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be processed without all of this information. If we can't process your registration, you can't play.

Fees for 2010:

• 1 team $225

• 2 teams $295

• Social membership $45 (non-playing members only) (NB: discount does not apply to social membership)
