Falcons 2008 Registration

 

When: Wednesday, May 7, 2008, 7 to 10 pm

Where: Pendragons Pub (1490 Merivale Rd, Ottawa, behind CJOH)

What to bring:

• Your photo card
  (don't have one, bring another piece of id, i.e. driver's license.)

• Proof of age for oldtimers

• Your checkbook or cash

• Your current contact co-ordinates (address, email address, phone, cellphone)

IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be processed without all of this information. If we can't process your registration, you can't play.

Fees for 2008:

• 1 team $225

• 2 teams $295

• Social membership $45 (non-playing members only) (NB: discount does not apply to social membership)

Falcons Jackets: There will also be a limited number of Falcons jackets (S, M, L and XL) and bags available for purchase on a first come, first served basis.  This will be the only time they will be offered this year.
